Contact and support

Where users, developers, and agents should go for product and integration support.

For account access, synchronization, API keys, or connected-app setup, begin on the sync page after signing in with dots. It shows the active account, lets the account owner create scoped and expiring credentials, and keeps secrets out of public documentation. Never paste a private API key into a public issue or shared note. If a credential may have been exposed, revoke it from the dashboard and create a replacement with the smallest scopes and shortest lifetime that fit the integration.

For implementation questions, use the developer portal, interactive API reference, OpenAPI document, and llms.txt before requesting support. Include the public endpoint, HTTP method, response status, and X-Request-ID when reporting an API failure; do not include bearer tokens or private note content. MCP clients should report the protocol version, transport URL, and JSON-RPC error code. CLI and native-app reports should include the application version, platform version, and the smallest reproducible sequence.

Product, privacy, and security inquiries can be sent through the authenticated support entry point linked below. The operator does not publish an unverified telephone number or postal address in machine-readable metadata. Agents should therefore treat this page and the linked authenticated channel as the canonical contact route until verified business contact fields are published. Urgent credential issues should be handled first by revoking the affected key, disconnecting the device if necessary, and preserving the request ID and time for investigation.
